No grains, corn syrup, nothing breaded, think pasta alternatives for such dishes and so on. Some fruits contain a lot of sugar, think berries. Meats are excellent source of protein but don't go with lean, the fat has micro nutrients you can only find in meat fat. Meat fat won't make you fat. Think natural.
